Job Description

Position available at a Boutique Hotel in Centurion for a highly motivated Front Office Manager to oversee and coordinate all front office operations. This role is essential in ensuring the guests have a memorable experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
• Lead, train, and develop the front office team to uphold exceptional service standards.
• Implement and maintain brand standards within the reception department.
• Foster relationships with guests, staff, and local community stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Position mainly day shift (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday, but the successful candidate will be expected to work 4 evening / weekend shifts to assist front of house staff. Salary R 14 – 18K depending on experience.
Salary:
18.000,00 ZAR Monthly
