IS URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A FLEET CONTROLLER
Key Responsibilities:
• Briefing and debriefing of drivers
• Effective vehicle utilization
• Routing and scheduling
• Vehicle monitoring
• Tacho and trip sheet analysis
• Handling administrative tasks
• Supervising and controlling driver activities
• Maintain discipline
• Compiling reports
• Compile and sign-off driver wages
Competencies:
• Decision making, communication and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to interact well with a diversified team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
• Ability to manage over 50 fleet of trucks

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Road Transport/Logistics Diploma or at least studying towards one
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a transport operations environment in a supervisory capacity
• Own transport
• Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, Pastel, Drive-cam, C-track
• Must be able to work shifts, over weekends and public holidays
