Founding Story: Headspace Global was born out of the collective experience of a couple of high-performing Head Hunters from large corporations. We grew tired of the way people perceive recruiters in general. Our goal? To bring back the consult in recruitment consultant.
Our Approach: We’re not your average recruiters. We listen, truly listen, to what you need. If we can’t assist, we promise honesty. We set clear expectations from the get-go because surprises aren’t our style. Our aim is to build lifelong partnerships because the junior candidate today might just be the CEO tomorrow.
