Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing issues.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare reports on credit and collection activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
