Nicolette Weitsz is the Owner and Managing Director of Fish4Africa. Under her management, Fish4Africa has evolved into a pivotal player in the Western Cape economy, providing livelihoods to over 128 staff members, with an emphasis on empowering women and youth. Her commitment to fostering inclusive employment practices reflects her broader vision of social responsibility.

With a fleet of four fishing vessels, three thriving delis, complemented by an array of fresh fish retail counters in supermarkets like Checkers, Spar, and Pick n Pay, our team ensures that every aspect of the Fish4Africa operation aligns with the principles of responsible fishing practices.
