Moladira Skills was founded in 2016 by Douglas James. Douglas has extensive experience within the Flexible Recruitment and Skills Development industries having worked for companies such as Kelly Group where he was instrumental in creating and implementing alternative sourcing solutions to clients in our corporate portfolio that speaks to the changes within the Labour Legislation.

Having worked within Labour Intensive areas such as call centers and corporate accounts there is huge potential to do better in terms of creating employment and supporting companies, through flexible commercials on their journey to sustainability and growth within the SMME and Informal Markets.
