Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Professional HR Support
• Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Provide a one-stop HR service to employees and Line Management.
• Ensure compliance with all HR related policies and procedures.
• Communicate all HR policy and procedure changes and amendments as and when it happens.
• Review and advice on organisational requirements that impact HR services.
• Act as a Change Management Champion in support of organisational culture, business goals and values.
• Drive and maintain employee communication and employee engagement processes.
• Compile and analyse HR reports on employee status and provide decision support metrices (e.g., turnover, employee satisfaction, attendance, absenteeism, overtime, vacancies, exits
etc).
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management chain Recruitment & Selection
• Compiling appointment
letters and contracts of employment and all related administrative documentation.
• Scheduling
and ensuring on-boarding process is completed.
• Carrying out follow up interviews and ensuring probation processes are completed and signed off where required.
•Communicate company Values, Code of Ethics and Disciplinary and Grievance procedures
to all new employees.
•Responsible for the entire process of disciplinary and grievance hearings
Training& Development
• Assist
line managers in identifying training needs in their areas of responsibility.
• Consolidate training needs and coordinate the identification and implementation of relevant training and development programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Ensure
annual WSP and ATR submission to relevant SETA.
• BBBEE reporting on skills development. Talent Management & Succession Planning
Determine training interventions in developing the identified potential employees
• Should have worked with workman Compensation before
Performance Management
• Ensure Performance Management discussions are duly completed.
Remuneration and benefits
• Prepare and process monthly payroll input.
• Manage and maintain a meticulous HR Administration system including leave, payroll, personal records, as well as filing and archiving of all relevant documents

- R 25 000,00 Monthly
