Junior Factory Manager

Responsibilities
1.Processing of orders (Suppliers and forecast)
2.Production staff scheduling (Rosters and Supervisor roster)
3.Production planning.
4.Monitoring/Ensuring production are run efficiently & productively.
5.Ensuring that there is sufficient raw material for production to perform daily orders.
6.Waste management in the production areas.
7.Preparation of counter stock.
8.Ensure all checklists are completed correctly - Production product checklist and temperature controls.
9.Ensuring dispatch to counters and correct orders -Woolworth's timeously.
10.Scheduling of drivers as per production requirements.
11.Production meetings - Monthly and minutes stock takes and controls.
12.Responsible for weekly and monthly stock takes and controls.
13.Enforce compliance with H&S regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
14.Monitoring and checking of reconciled documentation, delivery notes and actual stock received.
15.Manage maintenance of company vehicles. All (services repairs and licensing)
16.Source repairs for various maintenance repairs.
