Job Description
Job opportunity: Business Systems Manager
(Salary: R25,000 per month).
Tasks:
- Development of workflow processes.
- Review and optimise CRM systems.
- Business project management as required.
- Online business process management and development.
- Other business management and development tasks as directed.
- Develop LMS for staff training, product training, and distributor training
- Backend building and ongoing maintenance of the LMS.
Skill and qualifications:
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Business or technology degree or similar.

- Open to learning new systems.
- Strong work ethic.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Personal ownership and accountability. for the outcomes of their role.
- Unquestionable integrity.
- Unquestionable loyalty.
(Must own laptop, reliable internet, and power back-up system.)
Hours: 6am-2pm South African time (2pm-10pm Brisbane time).
Where: You work remotely from South Africa.
