Job Description

Work remotely from South Africa!

Job opportunity: Assistant Marketing Manager.
(Salary: R20 000, per month).

General area of responsibility: Assisting with all marketing responsibilities and Webinar Registrations.
Place of work: You work remotely from South Africa.
Normal hours of work: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm South African time (2pm-10pm Brisbane Time)

Qualifications:
- Sales and/ or Marketing tertiary qualification.
- 2+ years relevant experience.
- Ecommerce/digital experience.
- Website development.
- Graphic design.
- Computer proficiency.
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken).

Assisting tasks include but are not limited to:
Management of Marketing Platforms to increase awareness:
- Ensure Integrity Platforms are updated regularly.
- Website is current to increase SEO.
- Facebook is regularly updated with email series and webinar info to grow Facebook presence.
- Finding new platforms to increase brand awareness

Email Campaigns:
- Drafting emails to send to our database.
- Assist with planning scripts in the Marketing planning (dates, etc).
- Graphics to support emails.
- Call to action buttons to take clients to webinar registration pages.
- Research on what is trending to improve our campaigns.
- Webinar Registrations.
- Assist in creating innovative scripts to attract registrations.
- Compile marketing pack per webinar (email and text).
- Assist with planning to ensure emails and texts are received in good time before the webinar.
Pre-webinar calls to clients who registered:
- Follow-up call to remind clients of webinar.
- Gentle persuasion to encourage attendance.
- Supply links if required.
- Re-register to next webinar if required.
- Send recordings of webinar if required.
- Answer questions about webinar.
- Update Ontraport webinar sequence & landing page.
- Attend webinar to make sure Daimien is not experiencing any problems, if so inform registrants.
- Facebook (Daimio and ADF pages):
- Update date pages with email series and webinar dates.
- Manage any changes facebook requires.
- Attend to any messages on Facebook.
- Assist with planning and managing Facebook Campaigns.
Websites Management:
-Ensure page/s are updated regularly to increase SEO.
- Research what is trending.
- Making sure information is current and client friendly (mobile, etc).
- Planning, content, design, take to market.
- Brand Identity.
- Making sure the Brand Identity to market is clear and consistent.
- Updating Logos, brand colours, etc when necessary.
- Watching market trends to keep our brand current.
- Keeping up with Marketing trends.
- Adding new platforms for brand growth.
- Managing these platforms.
- Research for better results on these platforms.
- Find innovative ways to market our brand.
- Competitor analysis.
- Watching our competitors pages.
- See what they are using that is working.
- Make sure we stay ahead of them!

- Optimising content for search engines using keywords.
- Writing and sending mass emails and communications.
- Creating and editing spreadsheets and digital schedules.
