Job Description
Responsibilities:
A. Strategic Communication Planning: Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and
objectives.
B. Identify target audiences and tailor communication messages to resonate with specific demographics.
C. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication efforts across all marketing channels including service
communication to existing and potential clients.
D. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and persuasive content for a variety of channels, including websites, social
media, email marketing, internal communication campaigns, and print material.
E. Work with internal Copywriter to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing material, press releases, blog posts, and
newsletters.
F. Client Relationship: Develop content that builds and maintains strong relationships with clients through proactive communication on
various channels.
G. Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with company objectives to effectively reach internal and external
stakeholders.
H. Working with creative partners to create engaging and impactful content for various communication channels including press
releases and newsletters.
I. Manage media relations through PR Agency by pitching stories to journalists, responding to media inquiries, and organizing press
conferences or interviews. Manage public relations activities such as organizing events, sponsorships, and
J. Community outreach programs to enhance the company's reputation.
K. Develop crisis communication plans and manage communication during emergencies to protect the company's reputation.
L. Facilitate internal communication by organizing town hall meetings, developing employee newsletters, and ensuring employees are
informed about company news and initiatives.
Experience and Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing Business or related field
• 5- 10 Years experience in customer relationship management, corporate communications, public relations, or
marketing communications
• Familiarity with home loan products, mortgage lending processes, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Demonstrate ability to create high-quality written content for diverse audiences and channels.
• Experience managing media relations, securing press coverage, and responding to media inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Conditions of Internal Application:
Employees must have been employed on a permanent basis with SAHL and within their current position, for a period, not less than 12 (twelve) months.
