Job Description
In order to excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a strong drive for sales growth and be self-motivated. Ultimately, a successful sales executive should be able to establish strong relationships with customers and effectively close sales.
Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Establishing sales objectives and formulating sales strategies.
- Conducting research on potential prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Creating and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process using specialized software programs.
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating actively in sales team meetings.
Requirements for a Sales Executive:
- Matric
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Experience in the FMMG(Disposable Packaging)
- Knowledge of the retail chain sector
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
