Job Description

To provide guests with consistently high standards of service, quality and delivery providing value in line with the Brand offering

To provide focus, direction, leadership for all hotel management and staff as well as contractors which translates into the guest experience

To direct and manage the operational and financial performance of the Resort. To maximize all aspects of profitability and productivity whilst maintaining the Brand Standards of Service and Quality. To maximize sales and minimize costs whilst ensuring quality standards are met.

Identify and act upon opportunities for the development and additional customers and increasing revenues, capturing a greater market share and increasing revenues requiring local initiative and efforts in connection with companies Sales and Marketing Resources

Ensures that the resort is in compliance with all statutory laws and regulations, i.e BCEA, LRA, Liquor Act, OHSA and other laws relating to the operation of business on licensed premises.

Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by the owners in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.

Hands on effort and approach in all areas of the resort including but not limited to F&B, Stock Control, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Grounds upkeep

Extensive background in all areas of management, with special emphasis in F&B, Stocks, human resources. Proven track record in the efficient and effective management of operations and employees through subordinate managers and supervisors

Semper System knowledge would be preferred, must understand OTA's and strong on social media and be an out of the box thinker
Salary:
