We are looking for a competent Internal Sales staff member who thrives in a manufacturing sales environment.
What does an Internal Sales staff member do?
Our Internal Sales play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be confident comfortable making telephone calls daily, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and initiating outbound calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand our vast database of prospects
Requirements
• Matric
• Minimum 10 years proven experience in a sales environment.
• Proficient MS Office and computer skills
• Good administration skills
• Accurate and proficient typing, 50WPM
• Track record of over-achieving targets
• Strong and confident telephone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
