Job Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Organize customer training, road shows to drive brand engagement and loyalty.
Prepare detailed sales reports and conduct thorough analysis to inform strategic decision making and report to senior management
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrable experience in a sales leadership role, consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Prior engagement as a sales manager or sales and marketing manager, with a strong preference for experience in the renewable or electrical industry.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven competency in steering the sales cycle from planning to closure.
- Solid business acumen and expert knowledge of the industry.
- Outstanding leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and team development.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the solar industry is a MUST.
- Experience in EPC project and Commercial & Industrial project is a Plus.
