Debt Review Agent

Company : Consumer Life (NCR Accredited - NCRDC4300)

Remuneration :

Basic - R5000.00 ( Higher Brackets available upto R8000.00 per monthsubject to change with 3 months Review )
Commission - Starting bracket R4000.00 for 1 Average for the month ( 1 client per day). No Cap on com structure.

Working Hours / Weekly Shifts
Working Hours - 8am - 5pm ( 8am - 2pm /3pm / 4pm subject to performance)
Working Days - Monday to friday ( No weekends . Optional )

Location :

Verulam KZN or Work from home Lead Generation Only with a seperate remuneration structure ( Must have a pc , Headset & stable internet for WFH)

Requirements :
Debt review experience (Debt reduction for clients ):
Reducing clients monthly Debt payments upto 50% using NCR systems ( Finwise & Idocs).

The ideal candidate for the job should have the following attributes :
Must have call centre experiance or worked for a DC with high client turnover .
Required to aquire clients to conduct debt check ( Cold calling/Refferals/Digital Opt Ins) .
Strong on referral selling ( Required to dial cold and build strong referral pipeline )
Social media Knowledge ( Sharing company content on Social Media to get referrals)
Strong lead managment & Conversion skills. ( Agents with strong conversion will get overflow of digital opt in clients to close)
Strong call flow & Objection handling skills .
Strong admin & Sales Skills .
