Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive insights
Provide product knowledge and training to retail staff to enhance their sales skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise operations and improve customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Stay updated with industry developments and emerging market trends to drive innovation
Required
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the retail industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
