- Professional ECSA Registered, Structural engineer.
- Must at least have 10 years applicable experience.
Thus, not a non-registered person nor a technologist.
Remuneration and Benefits
Depending on the experience:
20 or 25 years exp. will be more and a possibility for shareholding and later directorship.
10 years exp. will be less and only later shareholding etc.
The company pays market related salaries. They are guided by ECSA and SAICE.
