Job Description
Duties:
• Assisting the sales team by getting quotes and information to clients as quickly as possible.
• Act as a point of contact for customers with queries about orders and deliveries.
• Assisting the sales team with daily sales administrative activities.
• Assisting the sales team by liaising with clients to fill in contracts and ensure the received documents are correct.
• Quote clients on products and/or services requested
• Process orders via e-mail or phone
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or documentation
• Liaise with the Technical team to ensure timely implementation
• Liaise with suppliers for best deals
• Update sales team on order status and delivery details
• Review Resolved Quotes and follow up with relevant staff
