Top Calibre General Manager
5* Game Lodge Serengeti Tanzania
To lead a premier 5-star luxury safari camp.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for excellence, customer experience management,
and achieving the highest standards of occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate), ultimately driving the camp
to become the #1 choice for luxury accommodation in the Serengeti.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive high occupancy rates and ADR while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Sales and Marketing:
Lead sales and marketing efforts to attract high-end clientele and increase brand awareness, leveraging digital marketing, partnerships, and targeted campaigns to drive
bookings and revenue.
Customer Experience Management:
Champion a culture of service excellence and guest satisfaction, ensuring every aspect of the guest journey exceeds expectations and fosters loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
Operational Efficiency:
Streamline operations to maximize efficiency and profitability, identifying opportunities to optimize resources and reduce costs without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
Revenue Management:
Implement dynamic pricing strategies and revenue management tactics to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR) and drive overall profitability.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Cultivate strategic partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, and luxury brands to enhance the camp's visibility and attract affluent travelers seeking exclusive safari experiences.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain the highest standards of quality and luxury throughout the camp, overseeing cleanliness, maintenance, and the upkeep of facilities to ensure an impeccable guest
experience.
Team Leadership:
Inspire and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and guest preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the luxury safari market.
Performance Analysis:
Utilize data-driven insights to assess lodge performance, identifying
areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
