Restaurant and Takeaway Field Operator

Growing international flame grill chicken brand is seeking skilled personnel as Field Operator for their Inland Region based in Gauteng.
Possible applicants should possess or be able to perform the following minimum requirements:
• Proven food and beverage management experience (3 to 4 years)
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook and various restaurant point of sale software,
• Ability to identify and solve store operations problems efficiently,
• Promoting teamwork and obtaining Franchisee "buy-in" for maintaining and improving operational standards,
• Possess the experienced ability to multitask, delegation objectives and follow up to assure completion,
• Be able to work at night whenever needed,
• Have strong communication and leadership skills,
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and hospitality best practices,
• Ability to manage franchised outlets to meet financial targets and food cost to ensure sound profitability,
• Focus on customer service and satisfaction to secure business growth,
• Culinary school diploma in food service management or related field added benefit but not a requirement,
• Own transport to and from workplace essential as the position requires flexible working hours and travelling within the various regions,
• Applicants should be self-motivated team players of ethical standing with a stable working track record with contactable references,
• Be responsible for store opening operational support and store opening personnel planning and support,
• Valid driver’s license required.
