Beauty Therapist / Practice Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is young, vibrant, and passionate about providing exceptional beauty treatments. Client satisfaction and professionalism are our top priorities.

Responsibilities:
Perform various beauty treatments and assist the doctor with services and treatments.
Process customer payments, manage appointments, and warmly welcome customers upon arrival.
Effectively manage the front desk and reception area.
Conduct body analysis and update client records with contact details and treatments received.
Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments when appropriate.
Ensure all areas are clean, and equipment is sterilized before use.

Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role.
Experience in Sage advantageous.
Excellent customer service abilities and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
Manual dexterity for performing treatments.
Basic computer literacy for booking appointments and processing payments.
Sales-driven and a team player.
