Job Description
The purpose of this role is to conduct the administration of Heavy Commercial, Domestic and Commercial motor and non-motor claims and assist clients with any general and claim-related queries.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Capturing all new claims where applicable
• Deliver exceptional client service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate claims handling.
• Ensures that customers claims are handled efficiently.
• Maintain appropriate diaries and messages on the operating system.
• Client input and communication is an integral part at the start of the entire claims value chain, ensuring that complete and accurate data/documentation is obtained and captured.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric, RE5 and FAIS Credits (as per FAIS requirement- non-negotiable)
• Strong communication and people skills are needed.
• Must love Claims!
• Claims Negotiator with at least 3 years Personal and Commercial Lines Claims experience.
• Must be Fit & Proper in terms of the FAIS Act
• Reliable transport
