Job Description
Are you a driven and organized Booker/Agent with a passion for fashion and a hunger for success?
D&A Models, a leading South African agency, is searching for a highly skilled individual based in Cape Town to join our dynamic booking team.
If you have at least 3 years of experience as a mid to senior level Booker, we want to hear from you!
In this fast-paced role, you'll be a key player, responsible for:
Collaborating with clients and agencies to secure bookings for our talented models.
Negotiating contracts and ensuring the best possible deals for both models and clients.
Building strong relationships with industry professionals and fostering new partnerships.
Keeping a pulse on current fashion trends and model availability.
Managing model schedules efficiently and ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
Contributing to the overall success of the booking department and achieving team goals.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong command of English.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Outlook, and the web. Experience with booking platforms like Youmeco and Mainboard is a plus.
A passion for fashion and social media, with a keen eye for upcoming trends.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A collaborative and team-oriented spirit – you'll be working closely with others to achieve shared goals.
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a mid to senior level Booker.
A National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) qualification.
