Job Description
Location: Bellville (not remote)
Industry: Information Technology
Salary: R25 000 – R33 000 (CTC) p/m

Requirements
• Grade 12
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of correct grammar and spelling
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Experience in copywriting and proofreading
• High degree of computer literacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Competent in information retrieval, analysis & compilation
• WordPress exposure
Preferable skills
• Basic understanding of networking & IT infrastructure
• Ability to multitask
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Grav exposure would be beneficial
Duties
• Update company Wiki (WordPress)
• Update product documentation, release notes & user manuals
• Update FAQ’s & troubleshooting guides
• Update technical user guides
• Work with subject matter experts to obtain accurate information
• Proofread various documents & technical material
• Collaborate with development & training teams
