Junior Logistics

*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from point of origin to destination and maintenance of stocks , tools, and other consumables.

*Responsibilities:*
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring the transportation and delivery of goods
- Track and update shipment statuses and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assist in analysing logistics data/stock levels and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Support inventory management activities, including stock reconciliation and cycle counts
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing relevant company documents
- Assist in resolving logistical issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics processes and optimize efficiency

*Requirements:*
- Studying towards or In possession of a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of logistics software or ERP systems is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
