Job Description
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience, with specific exposure to a Payroll system .
- Exposure to an internal Employee Self Service type system would be a big advantage.
- Doesn’t necessarily have to have a Degree or a Diploma, but associated short courses will be an advantage
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident demeanour and friendly disposition.
- Well organised and structured in approach.
- Detail orientated and Deadline driven.
- Fast learner who can adapt easily to internal systems.
- Adhere to and respect confidentiality of the HR Department.
The position will require the successful person to attend to the following tasks:
- Fortnightly Payroll;
- Leave Management;
- General HR tasks, ie – filing etc.
- Salary:
- 8.500,00 ZAR Monthly
