Experience in social media content especially the use of LinkedIn
An understanding or experience in the recruitment industry
An interest in all things digital
Outgoing and chatty personality
Creative and innovative especially with social media
Works well in a small remote team
Reliable and ambitious
Target driven
The use of tools such as Loom and Canva is a bonus
An interest in the recruitment sector or previous experience
