Job Description
• Changes to existing Autocad drawings and basic design drawings.
• Piping take off’s (This will be taught)
• Ducting take off’s (This will be taught)
• Assist with printing and binding of operation and maintenance manuals.
• Overlays of consultant drawings onto BHA drawings.
• Possible site visits to get notes on drawings correct. Transport will be provided.
• Record keeping of all drawings and issuing out to the relevant staff members and site.
• Supporting other team members to deliver drawings on time.
• Excel schedules on equipment and design data. Information is provided for the equipment.
• Making up of commissioning sheets if required.
• Assisting with equipment submittals and details for equipment approval.
• Communicating and gathering information from suppliers on equipment.
• Report on all activities.
• Comply with any further instruction or requirements of a reasonable nature that may be given by the Estimator from time to time.
Needs to have Autocad experience and skills but does not require HVAC experience. Experience with HVAC drawings / projects is an advantage
