Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Liaise with other departments within the company as required to ensure accurate responses are provided to both customers and team members.
• Ensure any required actions are quickly and accurately taken relating to the nature of the correspondence.
• Ensure all required systems are kept updated with details of the customer’s correspondence, such as the input of new customer information.
• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, chat, and email communication with customers.

Experience and qualifications - the successful candidate must
• Be fluent in German and must be comfortable communicating telephonic and in writing,
• Have experience in providing customer support in technical environment,
• Have a minimum of 1–2-year experience in Customer Support,
• Be quick and efficient,
• Experience in dealing with written correspondence,
• Attention to detail and ability to excel under pressure while working with frequent tight deadlines,
• Accurate Data interpretation,
• Proficient in Microsoft Suit (Excel, Word),
• Excellent English and German literary skills
