Job Description
We will be initiating cross-training across different sales campaigns.
This strategy will allow each team member, including yourself, to gain comprehensive insights and experiences across various facets of our sales operations. After the cross-training period, we will place you in a role that aligns with your strengths and our business needs.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric qualification
Experience with US call centre
Strong language skills, sales experience, excellent communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills to join our team.
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with customers and colleagues in the UK.
1-2 years sales experience or in related field is often required for sales agent positions. Sales agents should be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
Additionally, sales agents should be able to build rapport with customers and establish strong relationships.
