Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Administrator. The Administrator will be working daily with learners who are learnerships, managing documents and registers related to Recruitment Administration. Capturing of Data will be on a daily basis. The role will also involve collaborating with various teams to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Understanding Learnerships and Recruitment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team and under pressure
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the training and development industry is a plus
