Junior IT Technician

- Perform system maintenance and updates whenever prompted and required
- Regular troubleshooting of operating systems and applications to ensure the computers are running smoothly
- Network and server maintenance, ensure the server licenses are up to date and that the network is at its optimal speed on each computer machine (speed test and troubleshoot each of the 80 machines before exams)
- Be first to arrive on exam days ensuring all PC machines are working efficiently before the scheduled exams
- Opening and locking of the office
- Monitoring the CCTV cameras
- Stock taking or managing the assets, maintaining an accurate count of all the computers and servers at all times
- Report damages and stolen items (always review the CCTV recording) and report incidents to the manager
- Assist in the day-to-day operations whenever required by the management
