Job Description
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, petty cash, and general ledger entries.
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for review by Financial Director.
Help with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Administration:
Handle general administrative tasks, including managing office internal controls, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Team Management:
Assist in coordinating and supervising the work of team members, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality.
Foster a positive and productive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
Support team members in resolving issues and providing feedback to management.
Contribute to performance evaluations and provide feedback on individual and team performance.
Qualifications:
Matric certificate
Prior experience in accounting, administration, or team management is required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive mindset and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

- 20.000,00 ZAR Monthly
