Job Description
Team leader to support and monitor team performance, 8-5 Monday to Friday, some weekend work (in exchange for time off)
Must have Call Centre experience, excellent communication skills
Good telephone skills
Able to provide support and correction when necessary
Must have good MS skills, especially Excel
Administration skills are vital to this role
