Job Description
You will be selling new Contracts, Upgrades, Cash Devices, Airtime, Fibre, Accessories, insurance and Financial service provider products
New voice, data and broadband contracts & Upgrades
Device insurance and financial services
LTE, Fibre and Wireless air sales
Sim Swops, Account payments and Repair bookings
Resolving Customer Queries
Merchandising and general daily tasks
Able to sell instore and promote within the mall and outdoor sites
Requirements:
1 year Cellular sales experience - Preferred
1 year system experience on M2 & Siebel C3D and VPP (Vodacom systems) - Preferred
Device knowledge and trouble shooting
Computer literacy
Able to work under pressure
Target and Goal driven
Able to work Retail hours
Passion for super customer service
Positive and friendly attitude
Quick thinker and high energy and able to deal with high demanding clientele
Package:
Basic + Commission + Incentives (To be discussed in the interview)
