Job Description
The Position will entail the following duties.
Ensure smooth operations of Warehouse.
Managing all admin duties.
Data capturing and invoicing.
Planning and logistics.
Client liaison and queries.
Assist accountant with all Vat and Paye submissions.
Income and expenditure tracking.
Banking and reconciliation. Stock control.
Requirements:
Grade 12- Matric- Senior Certificate
QuickBooks experience will be an advantage
Good Problem solving skills
Computer literate (Must be good in excel & outlook)
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in management field.
Working hours are from 8am to 4pm
Salary is negotiable.
