Sales Consultant

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric or equivalent qualification with an extensive previous sales experience with a proven track record of minimum five years with the ability to achieve and exceed targets. Knowledge of both industries will be advantageous.
Duties
Generate and close deals, leveraging both self-sourced leads and those received internally. Cultivate relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to track progress and ensure targets are met. Maintain administrative duties related to sales with meticulous attention to detail. Performance Standards Achieve revenue sales targets and drive acquisition of new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing estate clients. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes to maximize conversion rates.
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Exceptional selling skills paired with strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers. Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet usage. Presentable appearance and professional demeanour and be able to secure new business contract.
• Male/Female between the ages of 35-45
• Must be highly experience with a minimum of five years selling in the Security Industry (Guarding/Armed Response) and cleaning solution services.
• Must have own reliable vehicle (Petrol/Fuel Allowance will be granted)
• Will be getting a basic salary (R 8500 - R12 500 = Basic) depending on experience.
• They’ll be generating their own leads.
• Must be friendly, hardworking, dedicated and goal-oriented individuals.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
