Position Overview:
The E-commerce and Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing our online store operations, creating engaging social media content, and providing excellent customer support. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to design eye-catching advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to our online store.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with the audience to build a loyal community.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Ad Design:

Design visually appealing ads for social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to produce innovative content.
Customer Support:

Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Process online orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
E-commerce Management:

Manage product listings, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring accurate product information.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely restocking of popular items.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive online sales.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field are advantageous.
