A well, established Accounting & business solution firm in East Rand (Alberton) - looking for a highly motivated HR professional who possesses self-drive and an initiative mind-set. Person must have at least 5+ years, experience in a senior Human Resource role.

Qualifications & Experience:

 Relevant degree in human resources (HR) or equivalent
 Industrial Psychology a plus but not essential
 Proficiency in drafting company policies and procedures
 Compiling personnel files according to audit and Department of labour Requirements.
 Sound knowledge of labour law & relations
 Staff Recruiting
 Training and development
 Performance monitoring and management
 Skills Development programs & talent mapping
 Department of labour audits
 Payroll and Incentive/Bonus scheme structuring
 Working knowledge of Payroll and its Tax implication
 Experience with medical aid and pension/provident fund administration
 Experience in disciplinary procedures CCMA representation essential
 Exposure in dealing with Unions and bargaining councils an added advantage
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
