Matric
Must have a Valid Scrum Master Certificate
Must have a Min 2-5 years plus working years’ experience in an IT Software Scrum Master Role in an IT Software Development environment
Must have working experience within the Life Insurance Industry is essential
IT Software experience- essential
Must have Strong Agile experience, SDLC experience
Facilitator of the Agile Scrum process following the Agile principles
Working experience in sprint & Retrospectives experience
User stories experience
Case studies experience
Jira experience
Helping Scrum IT software team to achieve its full potential by delivering on its commitments
Guide IT software Product Owner.
Continual self-improvement growing your craft; blogs; scrum user groups/forums/gatherings
Establishment cross functional team.
Conduct Agile Scrum Team workshops training.
Conduct Stand ups daily with IT Software Development team
Driver’s License.
Servant Leader attitude
Salary range around R35 000 +- Gross but Neg. full cost to per Company monthly package CTC
