Job Description
• Assisting the team leaders in problematic accounts
• Dealing with code enquiries with SAMA
• Identifying steps missed in the claim life cycle
• Informing account managers of accounts and setting a timeline of when it needs to be done.
• Identifying Stale claims and trying to get them processed for stale review.
• Providing training to staff as and when it is needed.
• Check if claims are billed and submitted correctly
• Assisting the billing team with correct codes
Medical billing knowledge background required.
