Job Description

Experienced Front Office Attendant required for Hotel in Polokwane with Opera experience
Opera System Experience required, for n minimum of 1 year, the Opera experience should be recent
• 3 years experience in a hotel reception
• Polite, friendly person that can think on their feet.
• Well-spoken and presented individual.
• Strong administration skills
• Grade12 and computer literate.
Duties will include the following:
Answer and direct telephone calls.
Assist with queries and guests complaints.
Make reservations, adjustments to reservations.
Process payments and compile invoices of guests stay.
Daily reporting and handovers
Do guest check ins and guest check outs
Salary:
9.500,00 ZAR Monthly
