-Key Responsibilities:
Your role will include:
-Leading a team
-Assisting with landlord and tenant requests
-Managing outdoor marketing strategies
-Assisting with digital marketing execution and strategy
-Business Development Management/Sales
-Customer Relationship Management via telephone, email, and mobile
-Conducting property valuations and brokering sales in conjunction with a senior broker
-Orchestrating and executing property viewings
-Maintaining knowledge of inventory on the market
-Keeping abreast of the latest market trends and sales/marketing strategies
Salary:
R 10,000 - R 35,000 [COMMISSION BASED ONLY]
