Job Description
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
- Must reside in the Pretoria region and have own transport
- Valid Drivers License
- Certificate/bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing financial correspondence
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
- Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and other documents
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor daily banking transactions
- Assist with payroll processing
