Job Description

• Assists with collecting and analysing data/information and collating these into monthly reports, Corporate Executive Committee Submissions, and Quarterly Board Review presentation packs.
• Ensures all project testing protocols are adhered to and works with the strategy team to investigate and define requirements for business processes.
• Analyses business processes to determine problems, risks & opportunities for improvement. Supports the Head of Consulting Strategy and Executives in delivering all contracted deliveries.
• Provides general business support to the strategy team.
• Provides employee benefits, general consulting services and business support to assigned projects.
• Helps to develop and implement strategy for new initiatives.
• Ability to work across the value chain.
• Supports the execution of the organisations strategy.
• Supports retention and growth of business by ensuring services are met to the required agreed standards (SLA).
• Builds, enhances and manages stakeholder relationships.
• Prepares the agenda, reports, presentations and action logs for meetings.
• Takes minutes at meetings and produces the minutes & actions.
• Coordinates and manages action items.
• Liaises with and negotiates deadlines with relevant parties.
• Tertiary qualification required, i.e. BCom or related degree.
• Min 5 yrs general employee benefits and business experience required.
