Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:
To solicit sales over the telephone and handle customer queries with a focus on customer needs to close a sale, documenting customer information, orders and reactions.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engaging with the customer.
• Listening to the customer’s needs and generating sales
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
 Matric Grade or NQF Equivalent.
 Minimum 2 years’ experience in Telesales role.
 Experience in the liquor industry is beneficial.
 Must have a driver’s license.
 Excellent customer service experience.
 Ability to problem solve.
