Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent with RE5 and FAIS accreditation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients seeking both long and short-term insurance solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and delivering positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding long and short-term insurance products and services.
Provide accurate information and guidance to clients on insurance policies, coverage options, premiums, and claims procedures.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ insurance requirements and recommend suitable products tailored to their needs.
Process insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently, adhering to FAIS regulations and company policies.
Assist clients with claims submissions, follow-ups, and resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company’s CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes related to long and short-term insurance.
Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting and claims, to resolve complex client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance with all relevant regulations, including RE5 and FAIS requirements.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

RE5 accreditation is required.
FAIS accreditation is required.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Xplan software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
