IT Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where technology makes a difference. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform system maintenance, and ensure the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support in person, via phone or TeamViewer.
- Conduct regular system checks and network maintenance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and projects.
- Train end-users on new technologies and IT procedures.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Own reliable transport and valid driver's license
