Job Description

Are you an experienced and qualified facilitator / trainer?
Vacancies exist for Adhoc Facilitators in soft skills, work readiness,
retail training.

Main Duties include:
• Preparation for Training
• Facilitation of Training Programs
• Reporting
• Conduct information days as required
• Conduct post assessments as required
• Coordinate training with Training Administrators and Regional Managers

Locations: Must live in or travel to:
KZN South Coast, Kokstad, Harding, PMB, Howick, Bergville, Estcourt,
Hilton, Ballito, Richards Bay, Vryheid, Ladysmith and Durban North

Criteria:
• Own car is essential
• Min – a University Degree qualification
• Assessor or Moderator qualification is advantageous
• Excellent English communication and Presentation Skills
• Min 5 years experience in the workplace
• Min 2 years experience as a Facilitator
• Excellent administration skills with great attention to detail
• Min 5 years Computer Experience
• Able to motivate youth
• Prepared to work on an adhoc basis
